These cherries are not nice to eat but are excellent to use in baking. I usually end up throwing away the juice as it is not needed in my recipes.

I always keep a jar of these in the pantry as I make a lovely Lindt Chocolate Cherry Cake with these as well as several other cakes.

I bought this at Kakulas Sisters in Nollamarra for $3.87

A great product for baking, and keeps for ages as it is in a glass jar.

Finy, I buy another brand of bottled cherries from Aldi. Same 680g, but their $2.99. There lovely on our cereal every morning, & also over vanilla ice-cream in the evenings, or on pancakes. We've been eaten them ever since Aldi started selling them. They may have an Aldi in Perth by now.

miro - yes we do have Aldi but I will not shop there as I do not agree in supporting a German company in Australia when we have enough Australian companies. Also would rather pay a bit more and have someone pack my articles, so have never been in an Aldi and do not intend to do so!
