Rating: 4/5

These passionfruits are imported and while I normally won't buy imported fruit or vegetables, I think it is OK with a thick skin as passionfruit has.

They were huge passionfruits, and although extremely juicy, were quite tart.

These were on special at 2 for $3 at Coles in Inglewood, WA.

Summary
Although quite tart, these passionfruits were still a good buy, and were enjoyable.

Oh! Finy.....passion fruit! Yummy yum yum!
Love them over banana, with maybe cream, but definitely ice cream.

I remember as a child, my Parents' had bought a case at the Markets.
At the time, we'd an Aunt & Uncle staying with us, who'd had no children.

Of course, when case opened, I happily sat at the table, cutting open fruit after fruit, scooping out the seeds & juice, & eating, as was my wont, when Aunt said to my Mother, 'the child is eating many of the Passionfruit!'

To which my Mother replied (she didn't particularly like this Aunt!), 'good, because I bought them for (my name), as I know how she loves them, & they're good for her!'
Smack down well, & truly! Loved it!
And the many Passionfruit, too!
good one Donjo -they are now so expensive though and not as sweet as they used to be....
