A buffet restaurant inside Sydney's Sheraton on the Park hotel. You need to be in the mood to literally have a feast, and you should like your seafood to really immerse yourself in the gastronomic delights of this place.
The oysters are the freshest I have enjoyed in Sydney in a while, and their prawns are up there as well. For the main dish, I tried a variety of different Chinese treats to celebrate Chinese New Year. Loved the chicken and the fish. The ginger and chilli combinations blended in perfectly with the chicken. I also loved the stir fry. It would have been good if the broccoli was cut into slightly smaller pieces, otherwise everything was spectacular on my second visit to Feast. Also enjoyed the Peking Duck Pancakes.
The main event - a special treat for Chinese New Year
My sweet tooth was the winner. Loved the panna cotta, as well as the blueberry cheesecake in particular. All of the desserts were spectacular and spelt high quality. Heaven.
