I have used Conceived by Nature's Citrus hair conditioner in the past, but I've been reading that rosemary is great for the hair, so I tried the Rosemary conditioner.

Rosemary oil from the prickly flower is rich in hair-softening oils. The natural moisturiser, is fantastic for drier hair, like afro and curly hair. This conditioner contains rosemary leaf oil, which is perfect for softening hair. Rosemary oil is distilled from the leaves of the herb rosemary; it has a minty-balsamic aroma that is pleasing to most people. Rosemary is related to lavender, sage, peppermint, hyssop. It is regarded as a tonic, restorative, antiseptic, carminative, digestive, analgesic, antioxidant, antimicrobial and astringent.

I recently dyed my hair, so moisture is paramount. To ensure shine and lock in colour, I tried the rosemary conditioner, and loved the results.

The conditioner is a relatively rich product, which is only mildly scented with rosemary oil, amongst the other natural oils in the conditioner (safflower, coconut, almond). It is sulphate-free, PH balanced, and a perfect encourager of healthy hair.

Easy to use, and the perfect texture for my thick and bushy hair. It adds definition all over, not just in areas which are weighed down with a lot of product, which I've found before. The final result is a head of hair, which I'm thankfully proud of; my curls become defined, and yet soft. Instead of a crunchy head of hair, the rosemary conditioner makes my hair silky soft.

The most significant difference between this rosemary and the citrus one, is that when I wash the conditioner out my hair is marginally softer, and truly feels silky, which is some feat considering the thickness of my hair.

Conceived by Nature's conditioner is perfect for curly hair, not afro, but curls which are very tight and turn bushy when it's humid outside.

What I love about using this product in my hair is that when it rains (a heavy downpour, or light shower), the product stays in my hair, and it still looks springy if I'm caught outside. Too often have I been caught out in the rain, and my curls turn into a frizzy mess. After using the rosemary conditioner, I can honestly say, my hair looked pretty much as good as it did when I first worked the product through my hair that morning.

Conceived by Nature is available online, as well as in Julia's Beauty in Birmingham city centre. I will certainly be buying this again.
