Berocca is made in Indonesia and the tube is recyclable. I am a big fan of Berocca but do not consider it to be a dietary supplement, as declared in big, bold letters on the cover of the packet. On the other hand, in my opinion Berocca is a wonderful performance enhancer and instils in me an increased level of energy and rejuvenation within half an hour of consumption. I have never experienced any side effects and have always found it to be effective in boosting my performance level, of course in synergy with my normal intake of food.
However, I do limit my usage of Berocca to times of necessity, for instance, on a very exhausting afternoon or on a hectic day at work. I have formed the opinion that Berocca should not be taken regularly unless it has been expressly recommended by a healthcare professional. I take the view that everything (well, almost everything) is good in moderation.
Berocca is an effective and efficient alternative to energy drinks and coffee. My rating is 4 out of 5.
