My friend bought me this Badger sleep balm ($8.49) because she knows I sometimes struggle with drifting off.

I suffer with migraines regularly, which I believe is related to sleepless nights. I had a migraine only yesterday. I rubbed some of this on my temples and within minutes I'd managed to fall into a deep slumber. Safe to say, this works, and smells wonderful too.
