Avocado oil is supposed to be one of the healthy oils and can be used on very high temperatures.

I found this a very handy size as it is not too large, and I do not use it for everything, however is a great one to have in the pantry.

I bought this at Woolworths online for $10.50 for 250 ml.

A cold pressed oil that is useful in cooking and salads.
