This is a great rice to cook with as it takes in the flavours and does not take long to cook.

Use it in risottos, this brand is an excellent one.

Buy this Arborio or risotto rice from most supermarkets, and I bought it at Woolworths in Tuart Hill, WA for $4.10 for 1 kilo.

Summary
A must have for any kitchen, as this cooks up so well and tastes of whatever flavours you put in with it.
