This is called a "dummy" and is actually a canvas type purse with a zip and I use it to put treats in for my dogs when I take them for a walk.

This cost $12.95 at My Pet Warehouse in Frobisher Street, Osborne Park, WA.

Summary
A great item that I put in a small bag around my waist and it can also attach to a belt.
